• Comprehensive Orientation Call: We begin with a detailed consultation to discuss your background, fitness goals, and any specific needs.
• Tailored Training Programs: Based on our initial discussion, I will create a customized training program and a full nutrition plan that aligns with your goals.
• Direct, Personal Support: You receive my personal contact information, allowing you to text me anytime you have questions or need immediate advice. I’m always available to you for a call or text.
• Weekly Check-In Calls: We schedule mandatory regular calls to review your progress, address any challenges, and adjust your program as needed. This continuous feedback loop ensures you stay on track and make quick progress.
• No Commitment: If your needs change or you decide to take a break, you're free to cancel without any long-term obligations. Please note that you'll still be charged for the month in which you cancel.
• Access to Community Discord Server: You will receive access to my community discord (VIP role), where you can meet other students and members of my community.
